PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Our products are handmade in small batches, as such the color may vary slightly from batch to batch. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in person. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not offer refunds on our products: Refund Policy
INFORMATION COLLECTION, ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Kuro Neko Melt Co only collections the information necessary to process and ship your order. If your contact information changes before an order is shipped it is your responsibility to send us the updated information to make the necessary changes to ensure your order reaches you.
Information collected will not be sold to third parties. Only information necessary to facilitate shipping is shared with Canada Post.
Due to the nature of our products there may be shipping restrictions because of Canada and International shipping laws. Products with such restrictions will have notes on their listing. Please read these details carefully. In addition we are currently unable to ship to: UK, Germany & Australia.
PROHIBITED USES

SEVERABILITY
